Company & Employee Benefits

No-cost way for employers to provide access to medical care for uninsured, low-income employees

  • Free care encourages medical visits, improving employee performance, attendance, and retention.

  • Your company is recognized as a caring employer providing a healthcare option to your employees.

  • Eligible employees (and family members) receive completely free medical treatment from licensed physicians and nurses, along with imaging, laboratory, and speciality care such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory care, and comprehensive prenatal and obstetrical care for pregnant women, as well as access to free or low-cost medications.

  • Employers who become Way@Work Corporate Sponsors receive a certification and enjoy the benefits of the organization's marketing platform and designation as a donor on the clinic's donor wall.

  • The company's voluntary tax-deductible contribution helps support the program and designates the business as certified for providing access to healthcare for their uninsured employees.

Enrollment & Patient Eligibility

Enrollment is Easy

  • Employees are eligible if they are not insured for medical care and have a household income level of 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline or less, which is approximately $26,000/year for a single person and goes up as the numbers in the household increase.

  • Program representatives help your company identify eligible workers and handle the admissions process.

  • Workers receive a Way Clinic patient card indicating that they are a patient of the clinic and simply make an appointment when they need care at no charge.

  • Interpretation services are available in virtually any language.

  • Patients do not have to be U.S. citizens.
