ELIGIBILITY
Yes, it's 100% free
To qualify as a patient at The Way, you must be:

Residing in Clay County

Low Income (200% Federal Poverty Guideline)

Uninsured (in some case you may have Medicare but not enrolled in Part B)
You do not have to be a United States citizen or possess a social security number.
Proof of eligibility may be required if being seen as a patient on an ongoing basis.
MEDICAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
Basic Care Plus
The Way Clinic provides basic primary medical care (not emergency care), plus the following other services:
Prenatal and OB services for pregnant women
Comprehensive diabetes care including insulin, testing and other supplies, and lifestyle education
Treatment of certain chronic respiratory and heart conditions
Treatment of common depression
Diagnostics, imaging, laboratory work
Free medications (where available)
Smoking cessation classes
Interpretation available in all languages
